Coal-based activated carbon for water treatment, offering high adsorption capacity for chlorine, organics, and odour control. Durable, long-lasting media for municipal, industrial, and residential systems.
Coal-based activated carbon is a high-performance filtration media widely used for the removal of chlorine, organic compounds, tastes, odours, and other contaminants from water. Produced from selected grades of bituminous and anthracite coal, the carbon is steam-activated to create a highly porous structure with a very large surface area.
This porous structure makes coal-based activated carbon ideal for adsorption, capturing a wide variety of impurities in both municipal and industrial water treatment processes. It offers excellent hardness, low dust content, and a long service life.
