Activated Alumina is a highly porous, adsorptive filtration media made from aluminium oxide. It is primarily used for the removal of fluoride, arsenic, and selenium from drinking water, as well as drying gases and liquids in industrial applications.
The media’s high surface area and uniform pore distribution provide excellent adsorption capacity, allowing it to capture contaminants efficiently while maintaining long contact time and low pressure drop. Activated Alumina can be regenerated for multiple service cycles, offering an economical and long-lasting solution for water purification.
